Little National Hotel

Perfect for the solo traveller. Even from outside the building, the Little National Hotel is a treat to the eyes. Each room is small, but very smart. Somewhere out there, there is an interior designer that is well and truly underpaid - the rooms, whilst small, are so beautifully decorated you will never want to leave.

Likewise, the corridors and lobbies are laden with contemporary art pieces. The hotel
is home to a two storey library that looks onto parliament house.

The only downfall was the lack of food available on the nights I stayed - I ended up
needing to rely on a friend to take me out.

Would highly recommend; so much so that I am planning a trip to Canberra so that I can stay here again.

Visited the Little National Hotel Canberra during the forage festival. The hotel had public parking which was a multi story offered free for the day. The forage festival had live music, food and beer from the local Bentspoke brewery which was awesome. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy. Rooms were well decorated and the beds were comfortable. All in a very nice stay.

4 stars for a 4 star hotel. Beautiful, modern interior with great amenities. Had a difficult time adjusting to the incredibly soft bed tho. Bathroom may need abit more attention - yellow stains in the sink. Parking was convenient and location decent.

Loved this hotel.
We stayed over the Easter weekend so the area around the hotel was very quiet and peaceful..
We were greeted by friendly helpful staff on check-in and through out our stay. Accommodation rooms were nice, modern & clean. And we liked the communal shared spaces which included a bar/lounge and a library with complimentary tea & coffee facilities.

Great hotel with everything you could want. For the price, I doubt you'd find a better hotel in Canberra. Unbelievably comfortable beds and the light blocking blinds in the room work brilliantly. Wifi is fast and free. The work area is comfortable and private. Printer facility is free and easy to use. I can't fault this hotel and will definitely stay again.
