Shalom, I want to cancel a reservation I made for 3 night on october 19, 20 and 21 at the Ramada Hotel in Jerusalem for the Sionist Congress. It's 3 weeks in advance. So I don't want to be charged. I asked the hotel and they said 3 days before is enough but the cancellation has to come from the agency. I was in contact with Doron Epstein and he told me that he had to ask his manager.
