Fun place. Don't go on Monday. Every other night there is karaoke. It's a band and a fun MC and a goofy time - real party atmosphere. Pizzas are pretty good. Staff is sometimes amazing and sometimes okay.

Other floors offer a different experience.

Definitely make a reservation or you will not get in - maybe a spot at the bar for two. Arrive by about 8 if you want dinner first.

Super good place! Live music was fantastic with very lively atmosphere. Food and drinks were AMAZING. Karaoke was fun, and good live music between the singing broke it up really well recommending to everyone!

We left 2 jackets and 2 umbrella in the cloakroom (basement) and 2 hours later when we wanted to leave, we just didn't find any staff of the bar there. The door of the cloakroom was opened so I went in and found one of our umbrellas lying on the floor. When we found a staff on the other level of the bar and asked where our belongings were he told us that they took every clothes upstairs to the other cloakroom. The guy in the other cloakroom was nice and helpful but when I asked why they had to touch our personal items and took it somewhere else, he couldn't say anything. We paid 12 pounds each and they couldn't look after our belongings. Anyway, the guy who led the karaoke was great and entertaining!

Monday night. Booked and was taken to our table. Waitress didn't come back. Waited 40 minutes then had to get up and ask for table water. Waved down 3 different staff members trying to order first drinks. After table was cleared we asked twice for the bill. All the time the waiter and waitresses where standing in a group uninterested in servicing our needs. The restaurant was 40% full. Not once did a staff member come to our table. Poor service for a reasonably pricey establishment.
