Astonishingly awful. This is a handsome Georgian pub which should be thriving on a Saturday evening. I've given it several attempts over the years to no avail. I have witnessed people there drunk to a degree I have never seen in my life - I don't mean throwing up drunk - I mean cannot believe they are alive and still being served. For a while there was a lovely chilled barman and things seemed on the up. No more. I ventured in for a drink, was met with surprise bordering on contempt. The bar person clearly wanted to spend time with their four friends rather than tend bar. I abandoned trying to obtain another drink and left. I will not return, it's a slur on the community.

Good beer, sunny deck and a nice lady behind the bar, what's not to like!?

Last proper pub in Brockley. Some regulars could do with a barring for swearing at their kids ( who shouldn't be in the place anyway). Music on Saturday night and outside seating available. Worth a visit
