I must say, this is indeed a wonderful place to get a cheap van out for hire. Especially if you live in the East-end of London, wonderful service and communication with all members of staff and a range of exquisite vans which are well tamed and in a clean state. Would recommend this to friends and family.

Absolute brilliant service, I've been hiring vans from them for a very long time and here I receive a friendly and welcoming customer service. I highly recommended this company.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I paid a deposit of £250, cancelled the van. They told me they would refund immediately. That was 10 days ago. Every time I call they give me another excuse, they first told me the refund was done on 22 Dec, then 29th Dec etc ... this is a cowboy operation.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
I've called to book a van, I provided all the information and I've been told that I would have been called back. I had to call them again after 3 hours because nothing was coming from them. They finally confirmed the availability.

I went there on the collection day and they told me that the van was not available. Then invented the story it was broken down. They didn't even think to call to inform in advance and to give me the chance to find another solution. Because of they incompetence I've missed an important delivery with a significant money hurt for me.

they simply do not hire van, they make jokes with the people.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM!!!!

I used their car hire services three weeks ago and I definitely was satisfied with their work speed. They also have such a wide range of cars like nowhere else. I like them.
