Wonderfully clean and well presented place, I was here for refurbishment business for the building and not participating in the fun but I can happily comment that the staff were polite and professional, attentive and knowledgeable. The grounds are well maintained and free of any litter and there is an upgrade to the façade and more to see shortly...

Very small casino compared to other grosvenor casinos. So the experience is not that pleasing

Avoid this dump at all costs!
Staff are very rude and unprofessional.
Food is awful.
They let anyone in no matter how drunk/drugged up they are.
Pit bosses are rude to both customers and fellow staff.
You would be insane/desperate to end up there when there are much better casinos next door.
Try the Hippodrome or Empire for a proper and professional experience.
