Whoever said that the service people get whilst watching a movie does not interrupt you cannot be further from the truth! Unfortunately we had two people in front and directly opposite them were three men who throughout the film were expected and received service . We were constantly disturbed by this and missed a lot of the film. The seating and layout of this place I cannot fault but it's not a good idea to provide service especially to greedy people who took advantage of spoiling it for others. We would definatately not be using the lounge again as we are regular movie watchers and for the third of the price can get to view a movie with less disruption.

I have been coming here for years and I have got to say from being a champion for this outlet my last visit was dreadful, the service was atrocious lots of staff walking about doing nothing, well they certainly weren’t taking my drinks order. The cinema was practically empty and based on my latest experience I can see why!! Being ignored when you want to spend money is not a great way to get repeat business, please sort out as I used to enjoy the experience and I won’t be back anytime soon.

Although the cinema seats (armchairs) are extremely comfortable and the idea behind this venue is really fun and exciting (waiters bring you food and drink while you watch the film), i was quite devastated by my experience. I have a serious shellfish allergy (i go into anaphylactic shock - where my throat closes and i cannot breath) and i ordered the chicken dumplings and the vegetable dumplings for my boyfriend and I to share... i made it quite clear that i have a shellfish allergy and needed my dumplings to be cooked separately from the rest of the fish... You can probably see where this is going... We were served the pork and prawn dumplings and only realised once my boyfriend ate one and told me to drop the one i had on my fork!! lucky for me i did not eat any of the dish, but could of very easily. As you can imagine this made me extremely panicked and anxious for the rest of my experience. I lost my appetite which meant i didn't eat any of the other dishes we'd ordered as i didn't trust anything i was eating. I left the film half way through to take the dumplings to the manager quite upset explaining the situation... the only compensation i received was the take the dumplings off the cheque... we still payed full price for all our drinks, tickets and other dishes even though this mistake ruined the whole experience for me, furthermore there was no one waiting for me to come out of the cinema at the end to apologies which i thought was really rude... I will not be returning and urge anyone with an allergy to do the same. Extremely scary experience

Exclusive lounge area with private bar and restaurant.
First class service from being greeted at the top of the glam mirrored stairs to the end of the movie.
The staff and butlers are very friendly, informative and helpful #Thankyou
I doubt I will attend another cinema ever again...
The meals are wonderful and well presented.
The sofas and reclining seats are very spacious and comfortable.
(Tip for women - the ladies bathroom is very glam, perfect for the standard bathroom selfie pic;)

Comfortable seats, good sound, but the worst food in London, perhaps the world. When the price tag should be more reflecting a buffet. The kebab is same size as the skewers you get from a supermarket counter. Ice cream is shocking, pistachio looks like radioactive green and tastes like almond, popcorn flavour is just vanilla with crushed popcorn around it and nutella just tastes of terrible chocolate. Make sure you eat before you come to this place. I don't see the difference between any other cinema, so don't waste your money. Cocktails suck too.
