My closest Odeon but not my favourite or most visited. Prefer bigger IMAX screens. But, they still charge the same price

The place is completely going downhill.. It is very badly kept ( entrance is like an abandoned cinema) they should improve the entrance and maintain it cleaner.. Toilets are badly kept. I have been a regular customer for 10years and it has been getting worse every year.. Service is always very slow so do get there at least 30mins prior to your film starting time if you want to avoid queus.
It would be a lot better if who is serving you at the till just made you pay and someone else served you what you ordered.. Maybe some collect ticket kind of thing.. Just an advice.. I have noticed how busy it used to be and how empty it is now.. (I go 2 or 3x month usually evenings Thursdays.. Sundays..)

The staff always get my food order correct and are very friendly when I forgot my card and had no idea. Thank goodness for smart phones!

Nice and quiet during the week. No rowdy or annoying teenagers. Good surround sound and comfortable seats too. Some of the seats are starting to look dated I have to say.

So you can book tickets online but you can't print off e tickets anymore. Just booked 2 tickets for someone else and went to print their tickets as a gift and found out after they will need my card when they queue to get them on the venue. And the tickets are non-refundable. Would be helpful if they let people know before they changed their procedure. Also it is hardly 'beating the queue' when you have to queue anyway when you get there.
