As a fresher at UCL I partly chose this institution because I believed it shares the same values as me. However I was devastated to learn today that UCL still invests £12.5million in the fossil fuel industry. On your website you clearly state under founding principles that one of UCL's ten values is 'environmental sustainability'. This is incredibly misleading and in my opinion an outright lie.

As a new student at UCL I will do everything in my power to push the transition away from dirty fossil fuels as I believe this leading academic institutions has a duty to protect future generations. #Divestnow

UCL (University College London) has extorted money of international students living in the one of their accommodation systematically. Staffs of the accommodation entered money data into student web account and the central office knew all bad happenings and have a list of victim students; nonetheless they haven't done nothing for a recovery of the loss.

As a matter of fact, the accommodation has embezzled cleaning fee which are predicted from £24,500 to £108,000 and central office knew but have not done anything for the recovery of loss. They are threatening international students in case there is a delay of payment by telling them they could be sued whereas there is no a warn of the embezzlement to the problematic accommodation despite of students' requests. 

The Vice Warden employed by UCL sent letter to force student to pay the money entered into the web account by quoting internal regulations that cannot be applied to the money as if there is the reason of the money.

The student who reported this illegality to student union has harassed by the staffs of the accommodation for 6 months and the central office knew but have never allowed to get out of the accommodation to keep the profits coming from the student. 

Even now they are entered the record on award page of the student with problematic things that the student would not graduate this year even the student met the condition for graduation. Inquiry on the record, they are silent on the inquiry.
