Hotel was good. We had some problems with the plumbing the first day but we were given a different room immediately. WiFi was excellent. Very impressed to see a vegetarian breakfast.

Love our stay in this family own Hotel.If you want a fancy hotel then look elsewhere and pay lots more but if you like great staff service and great breakfast , good rooms and very clean .The owner service every morning was someone you don't get in big hotels.He was very helpful with info on the area even let borrow his book on best London pubs! He was busy for breakfast but always came over to make sure everything was great with breakfast and any problems or questions we had.My wife and 2 boys enjoy this hotel and a block away from Kings cross and Chunnel train stations.Thanks again and my son love all the extra toast your kindness is appreciate and that's why We be back for the family touch.

Very good location, close to the Underground. Quiet, cosy, very clean rooms, but I have to drag a big luggage on those steep narrow stairs because there's no elevator.

We stayed in the hotel apartment on Judd Street. It was absolutely brilliant. All the home comforts you need. We visited the hotel for breakfast. Endless supply of tea and toast along with a tasty full English breakfast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, lovely to chat to. We were able to keep our suitcases in the lobby while we went out in London. Overall a really lovely hotel in a great location just minutes from Kings Cross Station.
