The hotel is fine for the price. The rooms are not really dirty but do not seem clean either, probably because of the furniture and carpet. The breakfast was quite awful but I can't say if it was just the English breakfast in general or especially bad at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful! If you are staying just for a few days this hotel it definitely to recommend! The next underground and bus station are 6-8 minutes away.

The First room we were given was diabolical. 2 pull out, smaller than single camp beds, mouldy shower and broken toilet seat. I’m not usually a complainer but we had to say something as this definitely wasn’t the room we booked. Staff were very helpful and understanding (hence the 2 stars) and we were moved to a ‘superior room’ this room was better, quite small, but clean. The hotel is Very noisy with lots of talking and doors slamming. Didn’t get breakfast as there were no available tables to sit at but luckily there is a McDonald’s just up the road. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very clean rooms although the staircase was very dirty and smelly. There was no water bottles in the room but as soon as we asked they where brought to us straight away. The breakfast wasn't the best and couldn't eat it as it was cold. We were charged to put our cases in a room at the back for a few hours after we had checked out even though we had just spent £235 for a 2 night stay. The morning that we were checking out we had two different members of the cleaning staff at different times just walk straight into our room. No Knocking, just let themselves in 2hours before we were due to check out. As far as the actual room concerned, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and all the amenities that were needed were there for us.

Budget hotel, not bad for the money. Very small rooms, internet access only in the lobby. Very good English breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. But just a couple block walk to Bayswater shops, restaurants, pubs. And Underground station.

Rooms extreme small although they were advertised as being standard and did not have in-room A/C, just a small fan. However beds were comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful and had variety.
However the staff attempted to be helpful.
Hotel seems to be in state of rehab. in that the connecting hallways were not freshly painted or wallpapered.
