Both times i had come here there have been no staff in the front where there should be. Instead because they arent enough staff you have to walk all the way to where you get money out to say you have an appointment etc. Its ridiculous.

They've recently refurbished the interior, Ok job. Friendly staff. Good location bearing in mind, there are just two more branches of this Bank in Central London, which I found awkward.
