Well kept little green at the end of Mile End Park with a nice outdoor gym which is accessible for anybody. It's got a few machines (chest press, thigh press, cross trainer, a small climbing wall and so on) which are operated using your own body weight. The area has rubber flooring which makes sure it can be used in any weather and the ground doesn't get too muddy. It's a great way to include some change in your training.
Only (logical) downside: It's not really great to use in bad weather and the floor gets a little slippery when the floor is covered in morning frost.
