Very nice hotel in London’s financial district. The location is a little hard to find and they lost a star for that. Apparently the front is under construction or something. Breakfast was good. The gin and tonics here were excellent. The rooms were very nice. I stayed here 6 nights and was very comfortable. I would definite stay again and recommend to my friends.

Absolutely amazing hotel and great value for money. The hotels location is perfect, within walking distance to many sights and stations. The rooms are clean and spacious with lovely finishing touches such as books, espresso machine and anti steam mirrors. Staff were also friendly and approachable.

Has unique features that once you have you miss on other hotels.

The rear court yard is a nice place to sit for a drink or just for some fresh air.

Bathrooms come with both shower and bath.

Standard rooms are better than most, hairdryer, safe, ironing board, telephone, TV and Mini bar.

Always enjoyed my stay when my girlfriend visits and we are always welcomed.

We've stayed here a few times over the years at different times of the year and it's always been a delight. The rooms are lovely, clean and well maintained. Service is always polite and professional. The hotel itself is situated fairly close to Covent Garden (10-15 minutes walk) and there are plenty of restaurants and shops between. I've never been disappointed staying here and will return again when we're in the area.

Best for business stay. Food are not bad but not that fantastic either. Amenities includes Gym, Bar and Resto. Entrance for new customers might be confusing for the first timer. The website should indicate the best route when getting to hotel. Friendly staff, clean place and very nice alfresco area for wine and dine.
