I go pretty much every week and the masseurs are always very good. I also use their Covent Garden Branch. They rotate on different days and you can sometimes wait between 5-15 mins for your turn but it is worth it.

I've never had a bad massage from any of the Walk in Backrub branches. I always try to pop in if I have a spare 40mins while I am in London.

Always a huge treat and the staff are lovely. The new Soho branch was blissfully quiet too!
