It’s just a little too small and cramped, but it does the job for me.

I called this gym to enquire about a trial. They said come down and you can have a free trial. Got there and after dealing with Jana and wasting 20 minutes of my time I was told it would be £30 to just try the gym!! What a complete waste of time and a rip off. Jana I might add was also totally not understanding and unwilling to unhold thier promise of a trial.

Lovely club with great facilities and SO MANY classes! I used to pay 16 pounds for one yoga class a week, now I have 4 different types of yoga and I can use the classes as many times as I want! Molton Brown shampoo/conditioner smells really good and I never have to wait to shower or for treadmills as I used to in Pure Gym. Delighted!

Over priced with limited space. For many years Virgin Active was was among the few gyms that were around in Clapham. With lack of competition they put their prices up every year, even and this year with their refurbishment taking place the price has increased to a laughable amount.

Now a days there are many more new gyms in the area, but Virgin Active has not changed. It's lacking in almost all areas, space, equipment, price & service.

I have had enough, just moved to a competitor nearby with far better opening times, far bigger space, more equipment, friendly and helpful staff and almost half the price too. Only wish did the move sooner.

What ever you do, don't sign up to a 12 months contract here till you go have a look at other gyms in the area!
