rude and not professional drivers. No customers service . The worst experience ever. Stay away and book your cars from a different place. Rubbish !!!!

I've been using this station for 5 years +. However the company is now changing, new drivers are horrible, no customer service at all. People in office are no longer nice. This company has no loyalty to their customers. Swift cars is becoming a racist company, Its a shame it's come to this.

Worse service, it was my first time, wanted to go heathrow, driver didnt wanna come to my adress he asked me to drage my 3 luggage and meet him where he parked 200 mtrs away. pls stay clear garbage
