CAUTION : Taking a cab/taxi in New Cross (This should be a zero star)

Hello potential travellers.

I just thought I let you all know taking a taxi from this company they will rip you off, I made a booking with airportanytime.co.uk online over a week in advance for the 25.December I got a quote of £44.90 what I booked and immediately I got an email conformation that my booking was accepted with this price.
On the morning of travel I called where my taxi is but they ignored my booking and told me I have to pay 90£ in advance and they know it very well on this very day, as you do not want to miss your flight and you will not get a quick replacement (I called a serious taxi organization Addison Lee they would charge only 62£ but I had to wait for more than 1 hr.)
For this company it is clear what they are doing so better stay away and also for me I will never ever use them again and I think they should loose there license for doing things like this!

Poor. If I had relied on Airport Anytime to get me home I'd probably still be at the airport now.

Inaccurate, unreliable, unsafe, unprofessional service.

Took this service at 4am to catch a 6am business flight from Gatwick.

Driver had the incorrect pick-up postcode, despite my having repeatedly clarified the correct one with operator prior day over the phone.

Driver urinated in public at cash point stop off. Stop off was necessary since service took cash, not card.

Driver drove badly (swerved, failed to keep up with the speed limit, and rode the middle lane unnecessarily on the motorway/dual carriageway).

I was refused a receipt in the taxi at dropoff, instead being asked to call the operator for one.

It took 5 phone calls to recover the receipt from the operator.

Operator hung up in my face twice and gave backtalk in response to quite routine and polite follow up clarifying calls. They kept getting my email address wrong. Operator didn't make a courtesy callback to check whether receipt had been received.

Glad I placed a verification call with this company 15 minutes prior to pre-agreed pickup time.

Lyiers.if they said 10 minutes will be 45min. .They choose the costumers depenc the color of the face.....so weird......(driver said that to me.
