9 months after the first visit since Dec 2016, we were back again. We stayed only 4 days and it’s my family, we enjoyed so much this trip, no matter the facilities and the helpful staff. Here seems like our second home in UK. Definitely; we no need to have any other option but here when we were in London. We will be back here for our next trip in UK.
We stayed at ashburn court apartment for six days. ( Dec 2016). We have a pleasant experience no matter their staff and environment. Big living room and bed rooms. We could cook breakfast and meal during the trip. The location is good, near the tube and convenient to go anywhere. It has several supermarkets nearby.
At the last days some of my family members feeling sick and the staff allow us to stay until five before we go to the airport even the check out time should be at eleven.
Definitely, it would be our target apartment when we back to London next time. Strongly recommend it to you all.

Rooms are nice, but has squeaky floor.

Great hotel. Good size room with a window.

Staff are very nice and the lounge looks great.

Free glass of champagne each night between 7 and 8.

Gloucester road just 2 minutes away

Tramite i consigli di un pò di amici scegliamo la zona di South Kensington come base e troviamo tramite uno dei tanti siti di prenotazione online l'Ashburn Hotel.
Per una maggiore garanzia cerchiamo su tripadvisor commenti su questo hotel che risultano essere tutti ottimi, e certi di non venir traditi dai nostri "amici" tripadvisoriani, prenotiamo!
Se arrivate all'aereoporto di Stansted vi ci vorrà circa 1 ora per arrivare all'hotel (45 di Stansted Express e 15 di Metropolitana) quindi molto bene con un costo totale (andata e ritorno) di circa 30 sterline a testa.
La linea gialla della metro (Circle Line) arriva a 500 mt dall'hotel (stazione Glouncester Rd.) e ci troviamo a solo 3 fermate da Hyde Park, a 5 da Westiminster.
Arrivatti all'hotel ci accoglie uno staff eccellente e cordialissimo.
Abbiamo prenotato la stanza più economica la Queen perchè dalle foto sembrava essere molto carina e confortevole, così infatti è stato. La camera aveva ogni tipo di confort ed era molto graziosa, unica pecca il fatto che fosse al primo piano interrato e quindi la finestra dava sulle classiche scali inglese dei seminterrati, ma per 2 giorni va benissimo. Bagno spazioso e accessoriato; camera con frigobar, televisione LCD da 40" e cosa molto interessante per me la connessione Wi-FI per il mio portatile (o se volete tramite la televisione) totalmente GRATUITA.

Io e la mia ragazza siamo completamente in accordo nel voler consigliare questo hotel a tutti i tripadvisoriani che passeranno da Londra e sicuramente all'Ashburn Hotel ci vedranno molto preso.

Having read the reviews I can only assume that we stayed at a different hotel because our experiece of this hotel was bears little resemblence
First impressions are bad enough-check out the stained carpets on the landings-Yuk
We went for an upgrade room as it was a special occasion and ended up with 1 of the 2 basement rooms-no views and tiny!
Bathroom had mini bath, there was no hair dryer or trouser press(standard even in a travel lodge)AC did not work, no croissants left when we got our basic continental breakfast
Place epitomises rip off Britain "cos its in a posh spot" Descibed as a Boutique Hotel but fail to see the connection, more a Charity Shop Digs me thinks.
