Really fantastic vets run by a couple who genuinely care about animals... unlike some chain vets such as Goddard or Medi vet who at times seem more concerned about money. Would highly recommend...they also offer operations at the surgery

Dale and Maureen are so nice, Dale explored my dog's health thoroughly and didn't leave anything to chance, asked plenty of questions in depth about his habits and history, gave me all the possible options to make informed choices, thanks Dale! A very humane vet with clearly a great expertise. My dog loved him too.

When I left this vet today, I cried. But I was crying in relief. This is the first time I have come across a vet who totally accepted my limited funds as a student and who actively worked with me on finding affordable solutions for my cat. His considerate, common sense approach is the opposite of my last vet - Zasman - who repeatedly ignored my restricted economy (despite me bringing it up on every occasion) and continually made me feel like a bad cat-owner if I didn't accept every single test/purchased all meds pushed upon me.

Went here in person for the hardest thing possible. Absolutely professional and very kind staff.

Don't use this vet , he didn't give antibiotics to my cat for an urinary infection and my poor cat died the day after in a puddle of blood and urine having seizures , the infection spread out , he died in pain and torture and groaning broke my heart Thanks to this vet who refuse to give antibiotics, my cat had a major surgery two weeks before this incident and when he was having blood in his pee I took him to this amwell vet and he told me it was nothing to worry about it and the cat would not need antibiotics. After my cat died, I googled urinary track infection in male cats and it can be deadly within 24 hours if they don't get a course of antibiotics. My cat, who was especially vulnerable, had a recent surgery, and his immune system was still weak to fight any infection so I feel that this vet gave me poor advice. He also gave me metacam medicine to give to my cat. As soon I gave him the metacam, my cat went floppy and died in a few hours. I googled metacam and it's very dangerous if the cat is having kidney problems , so between the metacam and not giving him antibiotics and not making any blood test or urine test I feel this vet contribute to his dead. On another occasion he neutered my cat and again didn't prescribe antibiotics and my cat ended up with an infection after two days and I had to take him to the emergency room in Belsize park vets, this vet won't prescribe antibiotics and is more concerned with saving the planet than saving your pet.
