One star for cooking the poor quality ingredients.
The base tasted like a box pizza from Woolworths. The paste tasted like a jar of tomato paste.
One star for the polite delivery guy.
Never again. With all the good quality wood fire pizzas around. I will always just jump in the car and drive to a quality pizza place.

called and complained about the half full, dry pasta we just got delivered and while we waited for the delivery of a fresh one found our pizza was dry. Then was delivered a tasteless pasta. Won't be back.

Ordered a pizza online, asked for no cheese. The website even prompted me "Are you sure you want to order a pizza without cheese", I confirmed yes and when I picked it up and got home the pizza had cheese. It couldn't be eaten for allergy reasons and the store had closed by the time I got home. I politely e-mailed them the feedback the next day in an attempt to reconcile the situation and potentially save them from these errors in the future as a food chain that fails to adhere to customer requests specifically for allergic reasons can be placing themselves in serious exposure to litigation. Didn't even so much as receive a response for months.

I can't even believe how terrible the service I received was. It was a total farce.
My estimated delivery time was 55 minutes. It took 1 hour 45 minutes.
The salad I ordered had been kept in the same box as the pizza I ordered, so it was hot and wilted (OH&S?) It also didn't contain the chicken I ordered and paid for.
Lastly, the cheese pizza (surely they can't get that wrong?!) only had cheese on half of it. The rest was just plain pizza base.
Then when I phoned I was told that the manager was too busy to speak to me, but that if I wanted two free pizzas I'd have to tell them which type of pizza I might want to order for next time. Like I can see into the future.
I definitely won't be ordering from Crust Hamilton again.
