So we booked a double double room got a double single not cool. But the room they gave us Smelled like spew! Was making arrangements to stay somewhere else but then they gave a us a double no spew room.
Avoid and stay at the Pan Pacific instead.

I was there in regards to clearing out an office very spacious didn't really receive much service it wasn't needed

Clean, friendly staff and great location for strolling into the city. Perfectly adequate for a couple of nights' stay.

Worst accommodation for so many reasons.
Was told false information from the front desk about parking, even after i had asked 3 times to confirm i had the imformation was correct.
Room had ripped curtains and were not clean!! 3 beds all different sizes and only one was actually comfortable. Then not to mention the $200 holding fee what a joke!! Not even the Hyatt asks to hold that much and its 5 star. Definitely not staying here again.
