Amazing gym and staff offering full weights room, cardio room, free training room, yoga studio, cross fit gym, lap pool, massive group fit timetable, in house physiotherapy, one on one coaching and child minding.

Lots of space, staff friendly. Equipment getting a bit old though.

I have only been a member for a short while, but I cannot believe how welcoming the staff are. This flows onto the members' who have all been so helpful whenever I have asked for help!!!
