Great place, the receptionist is a machine she would help everyone with a smile ☺ . I've never been to a walk in run so well. The doctor was great. She did a great job and helped me out, spot on diagnosis and prescription for my flu. I am from out of province, they knew exactly how to handle it. Pharmacy staff was fast and super friendly. I wish we had this type of care in Ontario.

The doctor was very helpful and willing to help me solve my back issue! I have been there a couple of times and Claire at the front desk has always been very nice, professional, helpful and diligent.

Really outstanding service. Reception was clean, friendly and efficient. I was there at the busiest time of the day (first thing) and with half a dozen people in front of me I still waited probably less than an hour. The doctor was very friendly and so helpful. I didn't feel rushed and although it was just a quick appointment I felt that she would have spent as long with me as necessary. The cost of the appointment (I have only just moved to Canada and don't have healthcare yet) was only $100 which was less than I was expecting. Will definite recommend this place to others and would go back if needed.

The hours on the website are wrong! I got there before 4PM on a Saturday (March 11 2017) and I was told by the receptionist that they were closed.

When both husband and wife were recruited to work in Vancouver, we were delighted to move our family here -- but we haven't had an easy time finding a regular doctor. We've been most grateful for the wonderful care of multiple Matters of Health doctors, including but not limited to Kenton Gan (who has now moved on to his own practice), Jamil Hirji, and Vicky Tong. And we're also grateful for the glue at the clinic, provided by Peggy, the manager, and Claire, the assistant. Their diligence in juggling communication, referrals, and advocacy was even more appreciated when we were shocked by not one but two critical illness diagnoses in the same year. We've been blessed to be in compassionate and competent hands. Thanks again, Matters of Health!
