The new doctor that took over doctor Huff is horrible. Doctor Misha or whatever her name is, she’s horrible. I’ve been sick since September 1st and she has done absolutely nothing to help. I’m currently in here for the 4 th time in 2 months and she’s over thirty minutes late for the appointment. She has been demeaning towards me, sarcastic, and just plain rude. I miss Doctor Huff :( :( :(

Good overall experience, no glitches.

The receptionist was kind and professional, and Dr. Porter was quick and accommodating (despite my walk-in ending after 3pm).

FYI to Sunrise: There was a strange issue with the phone line as, when I called, I connected to Sunrise Medical, pressed 3 to connect to the receptionist, and the line went through to someone breathing with a loud TV on in the background (clearly not the receptionist). This happened 3 times in a row (though we couldn't replicate it on-site 20 minutes later), so consider contacting your phone provider and seeing what the problem might have been.

One Of The More Bizarre Experiences I Have Had :
I had a session today with Dr. Zhang and it was unlike anything I have ever experienced before . I won't bore you with the details of my condition; but it has gotten a lot worse over the past 2 weeks. I explained this to Dr. Zhang and she proceeded to delve into an awkward and incoherent rant about how it's mostly children who get what I have (very useful info) and how children are treated. I'm 26.

Then, she says 'wait, maybe we can give you an anti fungal' and whips out her phone mid sentence and starts naming out loud different skin infections as she scrolls through Google. Then, as she was about to end the session without even asking to see my grossly infected area and without any solutions for me what-so-ever- I ripped down my shorts to expose my skin and in response to how bad it actually was she left the room to 'go find another doctor'.

She came back after a couple minutes and said OK, we will book you with a dermatologist...I sat there awkwardly and said OK, that's it? And she said 'yes you can go now, we will call you' and so I left, a bit confused and worried that she had no idea what was going on and that a viable solution had not been found as the dermatologist would probably take around 3 months. By then I will look a third degree burn victim.

3 hours later I got an email saying 'Hey this is Dr. Zhang, can you please come back as soon as you can to get a swab of the skin to send to the dermatologist ? '

Like I said, this was a bizarre experience. The girls at the front were extremely pleasant and nice, and the wait time was very short. I just don't think the doctor was real, it was as if they found someone waiting at the bus stop outside to come in and do some of the sessions.

I am surprised every time I call to make an appointment. I'm usually able to get one the same day or next. The staff at this clinic are efficient and friendly. Appointments are never more than 15 minutes behind schedule (at least that's my experience). Have been a client at several walk in clinics and this is by far the best run one I know of.

Dr. Arjuna is great!! He is knowledgeable and very patience answering all my questions. Best walk in clinics i have ever been and would happily rate this place more than 5 stars if applicable 👍👍
