Worst customer experience ever! Gel polish did not last long on my mum and cousin. My cousin had to rebook her appointment more than once and showed up to her appointment only to be turned around, staff told her incorrect pricing twice. Manager "Sam" is one the most abusive person I have had to handle on the phone - blamed me for his faulty product, told me that he does not run a charity when asked for compensation.
Ladies please do not go this salon!! - you don't have to deal with incompetent staff and rude so called management.

I bought two vouchers for me and my sister for manicure and pedicure packages. It was supposed to be a relaxing day out.

When we arrived we were told that it would cost $10 for gel nails. We both agreed thinking it was $10 more for each of the packages.

The nail area itself is cramped and not comfortable. The ladies didn't change the towels between me and my sisters treatments. The manicurist used the same water for both of us. They also used the same equipment for both of us. Not very hygienic.

The pedicure had none of the usual pleasures. No massage, no exfoliating, nothing!

To top all this off she insists on an extra $10 for each manicure and each pedicure. We tried to explain our understanding but she just rudely insists. In the end we pay because we wanted to leave. I demand a receipt so that I can raise the entire ordeal with Groupon.

Never go here. I never will again.

So I wrote my previous review about the utterly poor service I got here and a lady calls me today from to the wilkinson spa to discuss why I found the service bad I tried to explain my experience and she said the things I was saying weren't true and if that wasn't bad enough she continued to defend the masseuse I asked her why she bothered to call and told her how she's just ruined my day by pretty much calling me a liar she continued to rant on and on and then said to me the manager will be in touch I was like so who are you then?? Oh am the senior therapist therapy lady I was like wow so I guess I have to be put through explaining the already horrible experience for a second time I then asked her when is the manager going to call and she said in a few minutes this was at 12:39pm it's now 4:22pm how unprofessional of them and they took down my comments on fb they are horrible service providers if your looking for honest happy and professional service don't come here you may get that dud masseuse like I did and be treated like you did something wrong.
