It might feel at first hand nice service, but we had opposite experience when we didn’t want to buy extra services. Service agent changed his mood and approach after we declined his extra offers. The he then said you make more work because of that.

Best rental car services ever met.
I never had any issue to pickup and drop off a car even if it was out of working hours,this guys are ready to do that extra miles for every customer.
On my last rental I forgot my phone in the rental car on return,Cristian Lucaci is the guy who took the car back and brought the phone back to me on airport.

Very good service. I rented a Dacia Logan, the car was in good condition and I drove all around Transylvania very easily. I opted for the full coverage insurance and I didn't have to worry about anything. The service is great, within minutes from my arrival I was already driving the car!

Pickup AND dropoff from and to the airport went flawless. The present scratches on the car were quickly noted on the form. The extra insurance (without deduction and no deposit) was not insisted on (full insurance was taken with the booking). The blocked deposit was cancelled returning the car without problems after a quick inspection. I will use them again if price stays convenient (booked together with the flight).
