I am not one to leave a bad review, but unfortunately I felt that I had to for this place. I would consider the EMA House to be a AirBnb managed by an outside company, it is absolutely not any sort of a hotel. We started off on a bad note, our train was canceled so we were going to arrive about 20 minutes after 9p, well this was a $30 charge (reason 1 it's not a hotel). So, we arrive to our 5 person apartment to find out that if we have more than 2 people, it's an extra $30/person/night. That's makes total sense, right? Let's have a 5 person apartment and only make it available to two people! Not. So after all the nickle-and-diming, I walked out paying just over $1100 for a three night stay. On my confirmation email, I was supposed to pay only $872. I have been in the hotel business for over 20-years and could have easily stayed at the Marriott down the street and had two separate rooms for about $400 cheaper. Lastly, their pictures are extremely misleading, they make the apartments look very big and spacious with luxury amenities. Well, that's far from the case. It's very sparsely furnished with cheap furniture. The "comfortable" beds that they offer are practically camping cots. With all of that being said, they location was decent; pretty far from everything, but a nice area. All in all, I will never send any of my family, friends, or clients to this "hotel." I am very disappointed.

Clean, spacious. Only a bit of a trek from train (10 mins)

Absolute best for a family. Kitchen is fully furnished. Has wifi. Parking requires additional charges. Supermarkets are 10 mins drive away. So, meal in house is never a problem.

I had the opportunity of staying at Ema House several years ago, the apartment had 2 floors and a very nice ambient, good views and very very clean. Feels like a home. Would definitely enjoy staying again, especially if traveling with family due to spacious rooms and opportunity of having a dinner table as well as a kitchen. By looking at the pictures, the place was updated, my review is based on 10 years ago, so it must have gotten better which makes me want to stay there again. Thank you.
