Overall meal was pretty good but the noise level was a bit high there.

I have regularly visited rüsterei for business lunches (5 times in the last couple of months). Today (1st December) I cancelled a reservation which I thought I had made for 2nd January on the online website quandoo.ch and proceeded to rebook for the following Friday (9th) due to a change in availability of my business partner. I received a call at around 14.00 today from a member of staff explaining in very short tone they could not honour my reservation for Friday 9th as I had cancelled my reservation at short notice. At first I was very confused however then eventually realised I had initially booked for the 1st as opposed to the 2nd. The bookings manager from Rusterei continually interrupted me and proceeded to shout at me about how they were loosing money as I didn't show up and couldn't make up that money. I explained my error and it was not listened to. I would add I at no point received a call to check if I was coming for the booking - had they called at 12.15 the table could have been freed. At one point I was told that if it was a plane ticket I would have to pay the price if I didn't show up. At this point I asked why then they don't take a credit card for reservation as many (although typically better and better quality) do. This received no answer. I explained I will never go to the restaurant again and have advised my colleagues and friends the same. Previous to this I had enjoyed some pleasant business lunches here - nice environment nothing outstanding about the food.

I went several times. Food is really good both at the restaurant and the canteen. On two occasions we had to wait 45 minutes before being served. On one of these occasions we had to wait 15 minutes before a waiter took our order forgetting to ask for drinks. They could definitely improve the quality of their service, some time its almost unpleasant.

Really good Swiss restaurant. Awesome burgers at the cantine.

Great swiss restaurant. We visited with a group for a business lunch and they prepared us a delicious menu, the service was really fast which we appreciated as we needed to go vack to work.
It is now wild season, so i got the deer with cuscus for myself, and it was great.
The ambiance of the restaurant is industrial and decorated with lots of style. I do recommend a visit.
