Our two cats have been here twice and are due in for a third time shortly. They love it! Staff are always happy to make their stay as stress free as possible.

My experience for our cats was fine although the staff are very rude.
I have used them twice and the last time was over 2 years ago and only today did someone call me stating i owe them an outstanding balance of £18 which was paid in full on the day of collection of my cat.
I simply asked her to prove this and she went on the defensive and said "how can i prove this 2 years later and said if your that hard up" then hung up, i tried calling back for an explanation but she didn't pick up!
I wasn't rude nor aggressive when speaking to her, but it seems like someone had woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
If you honestly thought i owed you money i would suggest keeping a better control of your books and not just randomly ringing someone 2 years later asking for money and wonder why that person would ask for proof!!
Myself, family and friends wont be using again!
