It's okay. They don't advertise anywhere that they have a wheelchair access ramp, but they do and will deploy it if you can get their attention at the back door. It's very steep though! They have a disabled toilet. The food is cheap if basic and the staff friendly, though I get the impression they are recovering from some sort of recent issue.

Good food, excellent choice of real ales, friendly service. All makes for a great pub.

4pm and the place was packed with people enjoying themselves, full of laughter and people dressed in fancy dress, service was good considering the amount of people at the bar and the bar meals were of a good standard. Liked the little flower pots on each table, nice touch.

Adequate drink choice good outside area, sports on tv if you're into that and the volume off if you're not. Decent place. Out of term time it is possible to find a place late afternoon.

This place has improved so much over the years. A bright, airy place to relax and at the start of the student otley run the least rowdy of them all!
