My experience renting a car with Indigo was flawless. I do have a credit card, but the exchange rate that I get from my bank is extortionate, so I wanted to rent with my prepaid cash card. It was difficult to find a provider that would accept debit instead, but Indigo solved my problem.
The price was marginally higher than other car hire companies (not because of Indigo, I think, but rather because of Avis itself, which was the actual provider in this case) but the deposit needed and the conditions were much better too.
Would definitely use again.

From the start this was a great option for me, not having a credit card is penalised by most car companies, however Indigo make it easy and without a huge cost. It was simple to book what I wanted and an email was sent with instructions on what to do when I arrived at the airport. The price was great, only needing to keep €200 on my card extra in reserve....I will recommend this company to anyone who needs it and I will be a customer for ever more...thank you

I emailed and asked about what deal I could get renting a medium sized car from Manchester airport for a few days in September. They replied promptly, and the offer they had was really quite good so I was happy to take it. A small deposit to secure the booking, and then I paid the balance a few days before I went. They had arranged a small fuel deposit too (£95) on my debit card which was ideal, seeing as I wanted to avoid using my credit card as much as possible.
Communication with their agents was clear, polite and friendly, and I knew exactly what my options were at all times. In future this is how I will be renting cars whenever I need to.

Fantastic service I have never hired a car before and only having a debit card I thought it would be difficult. Hiring a car was easy and straight forward no problems emails explained everything and the girl at the rental desk was friendly informative and professional. The car was new clean and dropping it back off was quick and easy over all pleasant staff who made hiring a car easy I will be using this company lots in the near future as well as recommending them to all my friends and family
