Good, old fashioned, in a good way, type of pub with friendly, welcoming manager and a good selection of beers including 3 real ales on draught.

Beer well kept

Cons
Pub is looking very tired and uncared for
Light bulbs blown and not changed
Paper flags up from some long finished tournament
In need of a complete freshen up, across the whole place

Overall a quiet little residential pub, which was friendly with good beer. Whilst I love traditional pubs this one currently looks like it is not loved, which is a shame.

Great local pub. welcoming and has a nice feel to it. We need more pubs like this in the UK

A cosy traditional local pub with a warm and friendly welcome welcome from staff and customers. Very dog friendly with water bowls and treats. This is a pub where if you're traveling and have no company you can walk in, feel comfortable and fall into conversation with the staff and regulars in no time (I didn't even sit down before I was invited to join a table), I'm not a local but when I'm in the area I will definitely be coming back.
