Great service all these negative reviews are ridiculous. Erick works day in and day out for his customers. I know first hand because he works 24/7 and works hard for everyone. He may not answer calls asap that's what other employees are there for the owner cant do everything. But he will do anything and everything for his customers

Poor customer service skills, every time they say they will call you back they never do i always have to constantly call back to see what is going on with my account. girls in front desk DO NOT know whats going on half the time always unsure or they always say "ummmmmmmm" its really unprofessional. i always have to wait hours for them to call me back I've already called twice today and still have had no response from owner or girls. this is VERY frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ultimate Insurace was the only company I used for insurance in NM. I was not able to find a place with a better deal. Customer service was very good with clear communication helping me understand my coverage and make sure I get what I need. I'm more than willing to recommend Ultimate Insurance

I have always received phenomenal customer service. I moved all my policies over because the company found better rates with more coverage. The owner is always timely and available for any needs that I may have and his staff has always been very helpful and friendly on the telephone.

I switched to ultimate insurance about a year ago and have been very happy. Eric has found policies to meet my families needs and has always been professional and responsive. I would highly recommend Ultimate Insurance to any of my family or friends.
