I love this vet!
I have been taking my pets to Monroe Rd Animal Hospital for over 15 years and they have always been kind, caring, and respectful. They were always very understanding when I was overprotective and cautious of my elderly cat - I was never judged and always taken seriously. They truly love animals and this shows in all that they do. When I couldn't afford surgery for my cat's broken leg, they did it pro bono so that her leg would not be amputated - I have never experienced such caring vets and techs. I 100% trust them with my pets.

Frankly, I am not easiest person to please, because I only love a place that offers quality service and Monroe Road Animal Hospital does just that. To begin the staff is incredible! I mean everyone was so patient and extremely understanding. I had a puppy with a lot of anxiety, but they were very patient with her. They took the time to let her calm down and didn't force her to anything she wasn't ready to do. When it was her first time there, they even recommended we come back to visit. To let her get accustomed to being in the new environment. They were always extremely understanding, and they really did their very best to help in any way possible. Especially, Reasie at the boarding facility they have next door! She kept her word, and did her very best to ensure we got to the right people to get the help we needed. And I deeply appreciate the level of care and sincerity she put forth to help us. Not only that, the vet herself called to find out how the puppy was doing under the medication she prescribed. So you see, everyone there really puts an effort in offering the best the care possible.

I love the way they care for my dog. Their hours of operation are very flexible and prices aren't bad too.

My wife and I trust these awesome people here at Monroe road. They take excellent care of our 3 pets and understand their personalities and their quirks. All our pets are rescues and can be scared when we bring them in but the staff here really cares and they make sure our pets and both my wife and I feel at ease. I wanted to add on this review because today 5/8/17 my sister In law had to put her sweet dog down and the staff of Monroe road animal hospital are the most caring and professional vets around
