I used Thomas Ward for car insurance during the three years I was in Chicago, and I was very happy with them the entire time. My insurance broker at TW was Michael Rice. He worked hard at the start to explain all the ins-and-outs of car insurance (I was a first-time buyer), as well as his objective recommendations on the appropriate coverages and limits. I got a solid Erie Insurance policy through Mike/TW that was competitively priced. While I didn't file a claim in those three years, I can report that whenever I needed Mike for a question, he was always responsive and helpful with answers. Good job, Mike and TW! I'd highly recommend both.

I buy my insurance here. My agent is incredibly helpful whenever i have any questions. I bundled my car and renters with them as well.
