Wow what a place. Excellent food (i had pumpkin soup, roast chicken with chantrelle mushroom risotto) & apricot dumplings. Very high quality flavorful food. Amazing setting with apple trees and beautiful flowers. A bit slow but worth the wait

We often came here in the late 80ties.
They had a landing platform at the Danube. We could ride our boat directly to the winery.
For car drivers:
There is a parking in a side road. Drive into the village!
Best food, best wines.
Typical Wachau atmosphere.
Friendly staff.

Highly recommend for nice lunch under apple trees in the garden. Food is excellent. Local wine of the Knoll family is a must.
