They had been recommended by the Bell kiosk in Pacific Centre.

So I gave them my iPhone 3 on a Thursday to unlock, and I got it back the next day with completely screwed up graphics. Then it couldn't update on iTunes, and the phone completely froze up. So I took it back. I went back in on Saturday, and it still wasn't fixed - even though he knew I was coming in. Then on Monday I called and it was still "We'll call you."

They obviously had technical difficulties - 4 days + to unlock an iPhone3? - and I assure you they had customer service difficulties as well.

Oh, yes..And they charged $35, which I only agreed to because of the Bell kiosk recommendation.

Update: They had said they would call when it was ready. They didn't. I had to call them.
