This place is a complete rip off and they do terrible work. Unless you are spending over $100 on a detailing package they will not hand dry your car! This starts at the "Executive Package" which is the 3rd tier. I took the second tier package which costs about $40 and my car was full of water stains and the insides was full of streaks. A 5 year old could have done a better job. There are pletty of suckers in Vancouver as tons of beautiful luxary cars are always in that place. I spend my winters in Arizona and it costs me $8 for a hand wash down there and they do 100x better of a job than Platium. Search elsewhere and save your cash!

These guys did a terrible job cleaning my car, charged me $50, and: broke my passenger seat (doesn't go back and forth anymore), lost my windshield wiper, and damaged the sensor for my passenger-side airbag. AVOID at all costs.
