Employees are very kind, umbrellas for the guests in good conditions, room always clean and the breakfast is really good!

I was skeptical to see a 3.9 star rating from Google, but was pleasantly surprised to find a large room with a kitchenette. It's located in a very residential neighborhood, but has a grocery store just outside of the door and is a 5-7 minute walk to the train station to city center. The breakfast was just OK, but I can't complain for the convenience.

I got a room without air conditioning.
More than that, I couldn't get fresh air from outside because there was a plastic cover outside the window.
I had to leave the hotel and I didn't even get my money back.
I was never imagining that this could happen in Germany.

My experience in Derag Living hotel is a good one, the hotel staff is 100% professional, kind and in one word amazing! Also the rooms are clean, warm and it feels like home. One remark even though, it would be nice if you add a bread toaster in the breakfast room.
