Friendly stuff. Good breakfast. The hotel is located in close distance to the 'Wiesn'.

Way out of town. It is too far to walk into the main shopping district in Munich. Close to the train stations. The rooms are small and are the towels very thin. I'm getting used to thin towels in Germany.
The bed is not very comfortable however.
The breakfast is ok.
The hotel is dated & looks old & tired.
I had one complimentary bottle of water on the first day but then had to buy water as that is all you get. I was here for 4 nights.
There is a supermarket across the road, but it is closed on Sunday.
The hotel is close to the train stations but there are quite a few people hanging around out the front & that is a bit intimidating.
The reception staff are very helpful & very friendly.

In my case I've had luck because got upgraded for a quiet room. Other than that would have had a room directly to the street which could be unpleasant if you're on business and don't like traffic noise in the early morning.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area. I enjoyed the stay. Good food and very nice service.

Location is great! U/S-bahn station (metro station) very close. Convenience store across the street. Hotel itself is small and the rooms are a bit dated but fine. I missed a hot water kettle to make some tea or something. Staff is friendly and helpful!!
