Tivoli Restaurant

We had the worst meal in a month in Germany and Austria at the Tivoli. The service was non existent and the food inedible. We ordered bottled water with our drinks and it took reminders to get water. There was no understanding of mixed drinks by our waiter and it to 5 minutes just to order a vodka on the rocks with olives which they forgot. Our salads never came out until we reminded them once our entree arrived. We were served veal chops that were 80% fat. The head waiter came over and was totally defensive over the meal that was served. He stated veal was a fatty meat. I was astounded by this response as veal is one of the least fatty meats and even lacks marbling.
I asked how this dish could be a Tivoli specialty when it was so horrible and he responded it was a new menu.
He offered free coffee but we refused since we were so disgusted by then and also we were unsure that they could get a decaf order right.

Went here as an included breakfast for our stay at the Hilton. The food was all very good and fresh and the service was pleasing and Fast!

Sehr freundlicher Service. Tolle Weinempfehlung und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs--Verhältnis. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Très bon et gastronomique.
Assez cher, mais cela change des saucisses allemandes...

Essen war unterirdisch und lieblos zubereitet. Raum war dazu noch eiskalt. Passt nicht zu dem sonst sehr guten Hotel.
