Large gym. Many training options. Basketball. Aerobics. Instructors if necessary.
Male shower does not have a hairdryer. Females have it as I heard. You need to bring your towel and shower gel etc. Often closed for holidays and summer. Otherwise open 7am to 11pm sometimes. It varies.

Large training area with big windows. Clean and nice facilities such as training equipment, locker room, shower and etc.

Nice gym, but compared to Idrettsbygget there is more equipment for cardio than for strength exercises
