Not well kept, honestly. Mouldy and the pool is not that great. The changing rooms are spaceous though, so that's a plus.

For a work-out swim (swimming lengths). This is the best option I have found.

pros:
- 25m pool which could be entemded to 50m
- few people (could depend on when you visit),
- lots of lanes ( 5 or 6, if I recall correctly)
- the pool is seperated from the fun pool on the other side.
- central in the city - next to the library

cons:
- 70 kr for reg price a bit expensive
- atmosphere is dark and old
- changing rooms far and again, a bit dingey

Would really like to swim here regularly, but it's under par and over-priced.

Would have been a nice pool, especially for children and childish people. But the entire place feel slightly decayed and you get the impression that it's all half a step from a fungal infection.
