Thank you so much to the hotel team they made our stay very special! I visited with my mum as a surprise trip for her birthday and they left a small gift and chocolates in the room. We love the hotel it’s a very warm and welcoming atmosphere!

Service is good but room size is small as compared to otehers.

Everage hotel but good location. Shower very inconveint if you are not a handicap. Tv did not work and was not fixed even after requesting. Breakfast is ok.

stayed in the hotel during first week of Aug 2017, this hotel is rated as 4 star hotel but a 1 star in service, Air conditioning was not working even after changing rooms at the end they offered a fan! bed sheets are not changed unless we ask for. at check-out time they made a mistake in the bill and charged us 1000 Swiss F extra. very bad experiences in general, the one star that I gave is due to a very helpful person works at the hotel (Carlos)

Very well appointed room, excellent service, great location. Easy to get into the heart of the city. Extremely helpful staff.
