3 stars for the beautiful English-spoken reception girl,0 star for the hotel,cause there are many mosquitoes in the room,just slept for 4hours and got many lumps.

Very good hotel as the rooms are spotles and good food served daily and good waiter service all staff are very helpfull

I would recommend it to anyone,friendly,helpful staff,have stayed twice and will be back next time in Kharkiv

Nice hotel close to the airport. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
