Awful Doctor Surgery!! Removes patients without their knowledge!!- Cant give me an explanation why they removed me but not my kids?! "Disgusting" Left in pain without an appointment.... Until i register again! No way i'm gonna register with you again!!! But i am putting in an complaint and registering my kids at a different Doctors Surgery! Shameful Service!

Needed some advice on my dose of steroids, as I could remember if I took them this morning or not. Phoned them to see what the best cause of action was, and the women over the phone was not intrested in the slightest. The service at that surgery is terrible.

I attended this surgery as a new patient and the Doctor’s lack of empathy and lack of general courtesy left me wondering if he had any interest in providing me with a service relevant to my 40 plus years of National insurance payments.
He failed to examine me at all, did not listen to my medical history, gave me pills despite me telling him that they had previously caused me notifiable medical problems, and did not ask me if had any health issues that related to the listed side effects of the pills. He did not even bother to tell me how to take them.
If we are accepting doctors from overseas then it is important to ensure they have the expertise and interest in providing quality care with dignity.
The Doctor needs to be trained properly or to realise that his brand of “attitude” is better suited to the country he came from where perhaps good manners and service are less important.
I will be refusing to see him for any future appointments.

It took 5 minutes for phone to be answered, then I asked to see a Dr and told that there are no appointments until 4th April, 3 weeks away, 17th March today. I asked if I could have a prescription for pain relief and told unless repeat prescription I had to wait to see Dr. Signed a painful patient who will have to suffer. Not happy.

Ringing for 2 and a half hours and not getting through to speak to some one ... very bad surgery
