Chips are rock hard, chipped several teeth trying to eat the slop they serve. Pies are freezing cold, items on the menu that arent even served. Staff are useless, never get my order correct. Absolute shambles!

Pizza at this particular Big Johns perry barr is no good and best avoided for pizza, 2nd visit after a number years was and regret it like the 1st. When it comes to veg toppings, most of the pizza is empty / has no topping, when you ask to cover it properly with that particular veg they want to charge for extra topping as a 2nd topping but ignore your argument that they failed to place topping on the pizza property in the first place. The other 2 pizza shops next to them that do pizza are better but not great.

i have order burger and wrap omg the amount of mayo they put i had to remove with tissue all extra mayo ....dissapointed and bit salty

Asked for a donnar kebbab in pitta and watched him make it and seen him putting the donnar and salad in with his bare hands and squashing it into the pita when he seen me watching him he quickly picked up the tools cant trust them to make me a simple kebab asked for my money back

Only mr faruk is exeption otherwise rubbish customer service. They serv the customer they wanted to serv first and when asked why they shout at their customer. Taking unnecessarily time to serve. Bogus beggers and streetfighter constantnly outside. Total rubbish......
