Rough and ready, great atmosphere, very good prices, brilliant music! A proper pub, always busy, serves some ok food too.

Used to be in here every Sunday after football.
Great prices. Yes it's the black sheep on the high Street but I've never had a bad time here

Not too bad, not too great, got buffaloed as well which does not help, as well as the £5 for the cues in the pool, all in all preferred the extortionate prices of the plough, but remember book for Christmas in August...
