Staff Members were polite but they can't seem to finish their 'Important' conversations also cleanliness was also an issue as plates and cutlery were very great and dirty. The food was nothing special is it lacked flavors and was very basic. It did not at all resemble Italian cuisine. overall I would not recommend this and you should go to better restraunts such as Frankie and Benny's as their food is astounding containing a lot of flavors of the Italian cusine

The manager was very friendly but service was slow and food was poor. Very basic food without much flavour. Basically if you don't like pomodora sauce it's best not to visit on weekends because they put it in every single item on the menu!! Not enough variety. Unlikely to return.

At lunch, the staff were really friendly and especially child-friendly and the food was really good. Very good for a chain restaurant. Will come again.

The pizza was delicious but the bolognaise was watery. Tables were left dirty and the toilet seat in the disabled toilet was loose. Quite disappointing

I went to Prezzo for the second time with friends. In West Bromwich the food was fantastic I had crab a day lobster in pasta. With a saffron sauce . Followed by a desert of cheese cake. The service was good the staff was very helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back again
